These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales concluded between:

and:

Any person placing an order on the website www.burn-controllers.com, who has the legal capacity and is therefore able to enter into an agreement under these general terms and conditions of sale.

These general terms and conditions are available to customers on the website "www.burn-controllers.com" where they can be directly viewed online. They can also be communicated upon simple request sent by mail or email to the following contact details:

We reserve the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. In the event of modification, the applicable general terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.

Like any reputable online store, we must address this legal section, which few people read, but which takes us so much time and energy to write... (And a lot of coffee to stay awake).

We will first digest this legal jargon to make it easier for you/us. You obviously understand what a sale is...

Well, this means that as the seller, we are committed to providing you with the item you have chosen and paid for, on time, in working condition, and in accordance with your request. You, as the buyer, are of course committed to paying for your purchase and to verifying your order when it is received... So, how does this sales agreement between us work?

When you confirm the order, it acts as a signature and allows us to seal our sales contract... By confirming the order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale without restriction or reservation.

All the data we record when the order is confirmed constitutes proof of all transactions between us, especially the proof of the date, nature, and content of the order.

We commit to keeping these data and can send them to you upon request. Surprising Details

Orders are only placed through the website. You must create an account on "www.burn-controllers.com" to be able to place an order... To open the account, you must fill out a form and provide us with truthful, complete, and detailed information.

This allows us to verify your identity and contact details properly, and avoid sending an order to the wrong place (As long as you haven't filled out the form carelessly). Once your client account is created, you will then have a username and password.

Keep your username and password safe and do not disclose them to anyone… It's a bit like a secret between you and us (Otherwise, don't complain if your neighbor receives controllers on your behalf or places orders in your name using your client account). Incredible Statements

In accordance with article L.111-1 of the Consumer Code, we must properly inform you about the quality of our products, their purpose, and any contraindications (…).

All our products are described with their essential characteristics so that you can order them with full knowledge.

However, you are the only one who can determine if the products meet your needs. We obviously value you highly, and we won't lower ourselves by assuming you are something you are not. We sell controllers… When you order a controller, be sure that we will not deliver a fridge… As for the use of a controller… it seems rather obvious (Hint: it interacts with a console). Pricing

Our prices are listed on the website. They are subject to change at any time.

You will obviously pay the displayed price in euros at the time of purchase… This may sound obvious, but let's illustrate it for better understanding:

If a week after your purchase you notice a price drop, we will not refund the difference… For example, I bought a beautiful T-shirt and two days later it was on sale! Admittedly, it's frustrating... But I didn’t rush to the store to ask for the €17 difference... On an online store, it's the same thing.

Displayed prices do not include shipping costs (They appear when you finalize your order, along with the total amount summary).

You can simulate shipping fees by selecting the country and department of delivery in the "shipping cost estimate" window in your cart.

Our prices are displayed VAT-inclusive, so they include VAT. Any changes in VAT will influence the final price… But since our prices are VAT-inclusive... Delivery Times

Information about delivery times will be provided before confirming the order.

In case of cancellation of the order, you will be refunded the full amount of the canceled order (price and shipping fees) no later than 14 days from the date of cancellation notice or your request for a refund.

Refund Methods: Credit card recredited in the case of a credit card payment; otherwise, the refund will be made via bank transfer. Order

As stated earlier, MAKE SURE YOU FILL OUT ALL FORMS correctly to avoid delivery errors.

Please do not be offended if we ask for any proof (Identity card or proof of address). This precaution is sometimes necessary and helps us avoid any problems.

In such cases, only our customer service will ask you for further details. Better safe than sorry, as the saying goes.

The steps for ordering are as follows:

1. You must first log in through your client account.
2. Select the product you are interested in from the products listed on the site.
3. If the product is customizable, personalize the selected model by choosing the paint, accessories, and filling in the required fields. At this customization step, you will receive a summary of all fields and visualizations of the final product. At any time, you can change an option and choose another.
4. Once your choice is made, proceed with the order. You will need to validate your cart, which will summarize:
   • The description of the selected products and, if applicable, the customization options and chosen accessories.
   • The quantities ordered,
   • Your contact details,
   • The desired delivery location,
   • The delivery methods,
   • The total order price (including shipping and other potential fees).
5. You are invited to check the details of your cart and correct any errors before validating and confirming your order to express your acceptance of the content and price of the order.
6. You will then be directed to a payment page to complete your purchase. Payments are made via: Credit card or PayPal.

Regarding payment, your order is payable in full and without discount. No payment, no shipment (No arms...).

Once the order is confirmed and paid, you will automatically receive an email to the address provided during the order, summarizing your order, including details, price, and delivery address. The payment of the order price constitutes final confirmation of the order. Therefore, once you have confirmed your payment method, your order will be final and irrevocable, except for exceptions provided herein.

Legal Warranties

All products we supply benefit from the legal warranty of conformity as provided in articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-5 of the Consumer Code and the legal warranty against hidden defects as provided in articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code.

These warranties apply independently of our commercial warranty.

Legal Warranty of Conformity

• Article L. 217-4: The seller delivers goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery.
• Article L. 217-5: The good is in conformity with the contract if it is fit for the usual use expected from a similar item and, if applicable, matches the description given by the seller and possesses the qualities presented by the seller to the buyer in the form of a sample or model.

Hidden Defect Warranty

• Article 1641: The seller is liable for hidden defects that make the item unfit for its intended use, or that reduce its usability so much that the buyer would not have bought it, or would have paid a lower price if they had known about the defect.
