Customized Products

For personalized products such as our controllers, you do not have the legal right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code.

As a result, we can only invite you to carefully review the details of your order before confirming it.

That being said, depending on the case, it is at our discretion to refund your order, subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the price of the controller, excluding delivery fees.

In all cases, for controllers with a GamerTag (GT) and/or a Badge, no withdrawal is ever possible.

Standard Products and Accessories Sold Separately

For standard products and accessories sold separately, that is, without being mounted on controllers or customizable items, you have a 14-day period, postmark being proof, starting from the day after you receive the products, to inform us of your intention to withdraw.

And this, without the need to justify yourself or pay any penalty. For this purpose, you can use the withdrawal form attached, along with legal information about the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The products must be returned to us at your expense.

They must be returned in their original packaging, along with their instructions. They must be in the condition in which they were sent to you.

Any product returned not meeting these conditions will not be accepted or refunded and will be sent back to its owner. The return shipping of the products is your responsibility. Any damage sustained by the products during this process will deprive you of the right of withdrawal.

The products must be returned without delay after you have informed us of your intention to withdraw, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw.

We commit to refunding the returned products no later than 14 days from the date you exercised your right of withdrawal, provided that the products have been effectively returned in a condition consistent with the above requirements.
