DELIVERIES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Shipment

Delivery will be made to the address clearly indicated by you when ordering.

In case of error on your part and return package, we will make you pay the shipping costs again. (Hence the importance of not getting the wrong address when registering).

Our parcels are delivered against signature.

If you are absent at the time of the passage of the postman, you can collect your package at the nearest affiliated post office (within 15 days).

You and only you must receive the package, because your signature is the commitment of the good reception of the goods. We don't mean to sound paranoid, but don't let anyone take your order for you (it's better).

In the event that you do not receive the package within the required time and conditions, the unclaimed package will be returned to us.

Upon receipt of the returned package, we will contact you by email to offer you a new delivery. In the event that the package has been returned to us for a reason attributable to you (unclaimed package, incorrect address, etc.), you will have to pay new delivery costs before any new delivery. We will then inform you by e-mail of the procedure to follow for the new delivery of your package.

If you do not request a new delivery within 7 days of receipt of our e-mail, we may then put the products back on sale without your order being refunded, in whole or in part and without our liability being able to be engaged in this capacity.

Delivery times

We remind you that all our products are made and assembled to measure in our workshops in France.

Thus delivery times can range from 2 to 3 weeks. For peak periods (e.g. Christmas), allow 4 to 6 weeks.

Delivery

You are required to check the package upon receipt. In particular, you must check that the package is in accordance with your order and that it includes all the products ordered, without apparent defect.

If the package is visibly damaged, you must either refuse the package or report reservations to the carrier within 10 working days of receipt at the latest. At the same time, you must inform us of the situation. It is very important for us to follow up the order and the transport.

Returns

In the event that the products are delivered, they may be returned to us under the following conditions::

  • You must first contact customer service, depending on the problem encountered.
  • Customer service will tell you if it is necessary to make a return and under what conditions to return your controller.

In any case, in the event of a return, the products must be sent back to us at the following address:

Returned products must be in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging and with the original purchase invoice.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of delivery.

Upon receipt of the returned products, we will check their nature and condition. If they actually prove to be non-compliant with your order or affected by an apparent defect, we will reimburse you for the return costs incurred and will offer you, at your option, either the exchange of the defective or non-compliant products with products in perfect condition or compliant, within the limits of available stocks, or the reimbursement of the price of the returned products as well as the corresponding delivery costs.

If you choose refund, then you will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned products in their original condition.

In the event that the returned products prove to be perfectly compliant with the order and/or without apparent defect, we will not be required to reimburse you, unless this return has been made in compliance with the deadlines and the conditions linked to the withdrawal described in the "Refund Policy" section.

Refund

Customized products:

For personalized products such as our controllers, you do not have the legal right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions of article L. L.221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code.

Consequently, we can only invite you again to carefully check the content of your order before validating your order.

However, depending on the case, we are free to refund your order, less restocking costs amounting to 50% of the price of the controller, excluding delivery costs.

In any case, for controllers with a GamerTag (GT) and/or a Badge, no withdrawal is ever possible.

Standard products and accessories sold individually:

For standard products and accessories sold in isolation, that is to say without being mounted on controllers or customizable objects, you have a period of 14 days, as evidenced by the postmark, from the next day. of the receipt of the products by yourself, to inform us of your wish to retract.

And this, without having to justify yourself or pay a penalty. For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form, accompanied by legal information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned to us, at your expense.

They must be returned to us, in their original packaging, accompanied by their instructions. They must be in the condition in which they were sent to you.

Any returned product that does not comply with these conditions will not be taken back or refunded and will be returned to its owner. The transport of returned products is your responsibility. Any damage suffered by the products on this occasion will deprive you of the right of withdrawal.

The products must be returned to us without delay after you have informed us of your wish to withdraw and at the latest within 14 days after you have notified us of your decision to withdraw.

We undertake to reimburse you for the returned products no later than 14 days from the date on which you exercised your right of withdrawal and provided that the products have actually been returned to us in a condition that complies with the above requirements.
